Privacy and cookies

Who we are. Wild Again Gardens is a family business based in Westbury, Wiltshire. If you have any questions about your information, email hello@wildagaingardens.co.uk.

When you get in touch. If you email, phone or message us, or send an enquiry from our contact page, we use your name, your contact details and what you tell us about your garden to reply and to arrange any work. The enquiry form doesn't send anything by itself: it opens your own email app with your message filled in.

When you book a session. One-to-one sessions are booked and paid for through MailerLite, our booking and email service, and payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, your email address and the time you booked. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Booking adds you to a customer list in MailerLite so we can manage your session. We won't send you newsletters or offers unless you ask for them.

Analytics cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies, named _ga, that recognise your browser when you come back. We don't use them for advertising. If you choose "No thanks", or don't answer, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Other services the site uses. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and its typefaces come from Google Fonts. Like any website, they see your device's internet address when a page loads, so they can send it to you. Neither sets cookies.

Our reasons. We use your details to do what you've asked us to, such as replying, taking a booking or carrying out work, and to keep proper business records. We use analytics cookies only because you've agreed to them.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or our work together, and business records for as long as the law requires, usually six years.

Your rights. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted, by emailing hello@wildagaingardens.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
